In this practice we take complaints very seriously indeed and try to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service. When patients complain, they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible. Please address any complaints to the Practice Manager - we will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 days. If we are unabIe to meet this time frame, we will contact you to arrange a new deadline.
